の程度を測定し、その熱膨張・冷縮による化学的変化または物理的傷害を最短時間で試験することによって得られる。適切なオブジェクトには、理電池、

金属、プラスチック、ゴム、電子」などの材料は、その製品の改良の根拠または参考にすることができる。

Cold & thermal impact tester is used to test the capability of material structure or composite materials to withstand

the continuous environmental changes between extremely high temperature and low temperatures during a short

period, and therefore understand the chemical changes or physical damages caused by expansion from heat and

contraction from cold in the shortest possible time. It is applicable to Lithium-ion battery,metals, plastic, rubber,

electronics amongst other， Lithium-ion battery. The test result can be used as a reference or basis for product

improvement.

特徴Features

・3箱の設備は以下のように区分される：高温区、低温区、試験区の3つの部分、試験製品は試験区に置き、衝撃時に高温区の温度は試験に押し込んで衝撃を行い、試験製品は静的である。

・タッチ式制御風呂を中間面として採用する。操作筒がやさしい。

・衝撃方式風路切換方式を用いて温度を試験区に導入し、冷熱衝撃洲試験を行う。

・高温衝撃または低湿衝撃の場合、最大時間は999 H、最大循環周期は9999回に達することができる。

・システムは自動循環役所移動または手動選択的衝撃とすることができ、2区または3区の衝撃および冷間衝撃開始を設定することができる。

・冷却は二元冷凍システムを採用し、降湿効果は迅速で、冷却方式は水冷式である。

・衝撃常温を試験することができる

are 9999 times.

The system can be used fo r automatic Circulation Shock or manual selective shock, capable of setting two zones or

three zones shocks as well as cold and thermal shock start-up.

Binary cooling system is adopted for cooling,with quick cooling effect.The method is water cooling.

Normal temperature shocd test is allowed.
