1. Please check if there are any serious damages or deformations in the vertical sand grinder during transportation, and if the fasteners of the vertical sand grinder are loose, and promptly contact our company!

2. Please try your best to use pre embedded anchor bolt inspection method to install the equipment horizontally on a solid foundation.

3. Please install equipment, electrical control devices, and accessories correctly under the guidance of professionals, and clean the cylinder, valves, and pipelines thoroughly; Add a certain amount of grinding medium according to the model of the sand mill as required

4. Before starting the vertical sand mill, please check whether there are any people or objects inside, outside, or around the equipment that may affect its normal operation to avoid danger.

5. After installation, conduct a few seconds of trial operation to ensure that there are no electrical short circuits or abnormal sounds before proceeding with the trial run

6. After starting, please check the direction of operation of the vertical sand mill in a timely manner. Remember not to reverse it to avoid danger after running for a period of time. Otherwise, the consequences will be borne by yourself! (Due to locking nuts inside the coupling, etc.)

7. When testing the machine, the material is fed into the cylinder using a feeding pump (the medium is usually about 1/3 of the cylinder volume).
