working process：
High pressure oil (P) is reduced to secondary pressure (A) through the main valve throttle.
The secondary pressure is fed back through the pilot valve, and the main valve opening is automatically adjusted to stabilize the outlet pressure.
Excess control oil returns to the oil tank from the drain port L.
