There are many types of compressors available for spot supply of Hedeke solenoid valves, which can be divided into three categories based on their working principles: volumetric, power (speed or turbine), and thermal compressors.
1、 Volumetric compressor
In a compressor, the increase in pressure relies on the piston's reciprocating motion inside the cylinder, and the well compresses the volume of gas. The gas delivery equipment (machine) that ultimately delivers gas is called a volumetric compressor. There are two main classifications of the structural forms of volumetric compressors: reciprocating compressors; Rotary compressor.
1. Reciprocating compressors include piston compressors and diaphragm compressors.
2. Rotary compressors include single screw compressors, twin-screw compressors, Roots compressors, liquid ring compressors (liquid pistons), slide vane compressors, slide vane compressors, etc. Screw compressors are divided into oil-free and sleeve screw compressors.
2、 Power type (speed type or turbine type) compressor
A power compressor is a type of gas input equipment (machine) that relies on high-speed rotating blades to increase the pressure and speed of gas, and then converts a portion of the speed into pressure energy of gas in fixed components.
There are four main types of power compressors; Centrifugal compressor, axial compressor, mixed flow compressor, vortex compressor. The casing of a centrifugal compressor can be divided into two forms: horizontal and vertical
3、 Thermal compressor
A thermal compressor is a gas conveying device (machine) that uses a high-speed gas or vapor injection well to carry gas flowing inward, and then converts the velocity energy of the mixed material into the pressure energy of the gas components in the diffuser of the thermal compressor.
There is mainly one type of thermal compressor: jet compressor. It can also be called an injector or a jet pump.
