1. The control software system is a LINUX system, and the freeze-drying process is automatically controlled by programmable programs, which can be switched to manual operation in real time to achieve full parameter control of the freeze-drying process. During operation, the system automatically monitors, detects, records and stores relevant data, and can store multiple fixed or user-defined programs. The storage program is ≥ 100 (can be increased to 600 according to customer needs), and each program step is ≥ 36, achieving multi-level management. It can be monitored, tested and maintained through the standard remote system, supporting big data and smart laboratory construction, audit tracking;

2. Continuous recording of real-time data, drawing of freeze-drying curves, storing data once per minute (with adjustable storage interval), standard recording of 100000 times, data storage capacity for 3 years (optional), equipped with data mobile storage USB serial port; 3. The product production has passed the ISO quality management system, obtained the EU CE certification, and the control system human-machine interface complies with NEMA (International Electrical Manufacturers Association) protection regulations;

4. The system is equipped with various sensors that record and display vacuum degree, cold trap temperature, material temperature, and shelf temperature in real time. Operation error alarms can be triggered in real-time when temperature and pressure abnormalities occur during operation, and active protection is provided. Adjustable sound and light alarms (optional) and emergency stop switches (optional) are available;

5. It has the functions of automatic operation of freeze-drying, equipment vacuum pressure loss, equipment alarm and automatic operation to protect materials, and vacuum pump maintenance prompt function;

6. Highly similar to the design principles and manufacturing forms of production-oriented machines, with component materials and surface treatments meeting or exceeding relevant national and industry regulations;

7. The freeze-drying automatic control system adopts PID control for both heating and cooling during the freeze-drying process, which can automatically achieve multi rate repeated pre freezing, quick freezing, and slow freezing of materials;

8. The manufacturing process of special mechanical technology ensures that the surface of the shelf is flat and the internal circulation path has the same diameter, allowing the intermediate medium (low viscosity silicone oil, 25 ℃, 5cSt) to circulate evenly and steadily inside the shelf, with uniform temperature, good heat and cold conduction, and improved freeze-drying efficiency;

9. External cold traps improve the water capture capacity of equipment, reduce the interference of cold trap temperature on materials during freeze-drying process, ensure consistent freeze-drying quality of materials and stable experimental data, improve freeze-drying efficiency, and reduce energy consumption;

10. Adopting imported compressor dual machine cascade refrigeration technology, international standard green and environmentally friendly refrigerant, rapid refrigeration, low cold trap temperature, and strong water capture ability;

11. Preparation before freeze-drying and closing the butterfly valve between the freeze-drying chamber and the water capture chamber after freeze-drying can ensure that materials are loaded and unloaded in a clean environment and products are pre frozen. After freeze-drying, it can be measured and controlled to determine whether the freeze-drying of materials has ended (optional), improving the efficiency of equipment freeze-drying;
